Hello! I’m Kim, a self-taught fruit designer, and healthy sweet connoisseur. Born and raised in the city of Detroit, I’ve been working in the healthcare industry for over 15, so I know a thing or two about fresh perspectives at reasonable costs. When I’m not crunching numbers as an accountant, I’m trying fresh, sweet recipes on my husband and family.

 

Fruit by Design has been a part of my journey since 2005 when my daughter and I would shop local for fresh, seasonal fruit, carve it into creative designs in our kitchen’s home, construct whimsical fruit display, and deliver and serve all in one day.
